Barry Kripke

Barry Kripke is a plasma physicist at Caltech and a kind of nemesis of Sheldon's.  He has a funny way of speaking, sounding a bit like Elmer Fudd.  Kripke and Sheldon have been known to play pranks on each other.  Although much of their relationship is verbal sparring, they have been known to hang out on occasion.  

My favorite Kripke quote, "You got SIRI, huh? Voice wecognition on that thing is terrible."
