Katee Sackhoff was born April 8th 1980 in Portland, Oregon. Today (November 2009) Katee is probably best known for portraying 'Kara Thrace' aka 'Starbuck' in the Battlestar Galactica TV series. She also played 'Dr. Theodora Rowe' for four episodes of the series 'Nip/Tuck'. In addition, allegedly she will play a regular character, 'Dana Walsh' on the TV series, '24'. Katee was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer soon after finishing the filming of Battlestar Galactica. After surgery, the cancer was deemed to be in remission. She has 3 tattoos... The Chinese symbol for Choice on the back of her neck. A cross on her left shoulder. The word bona fiscalia on her right forearm. |
