English Pale Ale

English Pale Ales are generally dark golden to reddish copper in color and are brewed with English Hop Varieties.   Typically they are maltier than American Pale Ales, but hops are still the predominate flavor.  Fruity, malty and earthy are other flavors and aromas that can find a home in English Pale Ales.  But, once again, the predominate flavor is almost always that of English varieties of Hops.
