Beer - Very Good
Food - Excellent
Atmosphere- Casual Contemporary

This place had a simple casual contemporary appearance, more like a modern diner than a brew pub. (Not that there is anything wrong with that) Really, I think the only thing that would set it apart from a modern diner would be it's bar, other than that, there is really nothing pub-by about it.
The beer... I enjoyed the beer here. I fell far short of trying all their offerings though, but that being said the pints I had, Buffalo Red and Rye IPA were full flavored brews with a decent mouth-feel, so no complaints. The reason I didn't order a flight was that I didn't see one on the menu, perhaps I missed it. Regardless, if the two pints I had are any indication of the quality of the rest of their brews, then the beer here is very good.
The food... I thought the food here was excellent. In many ways their food offerings matched their interior, sort of contemporary, but not too fancy and not too pub-by. The taste, was out of this world. Seriously, unless I'm having a brain cramp, out of all the brew pubs we visited in Saint Louis on this trip, the Buffalo Brewing Company had the best tasting food. Honestly, I would go back here simply for the food, which is a bit unbelievable considering that they have such good beer, and I love beer, but damn, their food was mighty tasty.
The service was very good. Fast, friendly and informative. You really can't ask for any more than that. So, when all is said and done I definitely have to give the Buffalo Brewing Company two thumbs way up.
