Sierra Blanca Pilsner

Personally, I didn't think this German Pilsener tasted anything like other Pilsners, German or otherwise. (Not that there is necessarily anything wrong with that.) To me, it was very smooth, a little sour (in a good way) and seemed to have various other 'fruity' flavors in every sip. It also had a nice full mouth-feel (something I rarely find in Pilsners brewed in America).
