Sun Dog Amber Wheat

This is a Macro Brewery's take on an American Pale Wheat Ale. The good news is that I didn't taste any off flavors. The bad news is that there was actually very little flavor and mouth-feel seemed exceedingly thin. I did find however that if I concentrated hard enough I could taste the malt, and it was pleasant. I'm not really familiar with what American Pale Wheat Ale's are supposed to taste like, as Breckenridge's Summer Bright Ale is hoppy with damn near no malt, and Sun Dog Amber Wheat is essence of malt with damn near no hops.
