This is a nice little Maibock.  I think it gets a little unfairly criticized at Beer Advocate.  It appears to me that many of the reviewers go into this thinking it's a traditional Bock or even a Doppelbock and then are disappointed that it is not filled with dark roasted malty goodness.  However, this is in fact a Maibock, therefore it is much lighter in color than your average Bock, not to mention it has a much different flavor profile.  This Maibock has a nice mouth-feel, fuller than your average American made beer.  Personally, I think it also has a nice full malt flavor that is a little grassy and has a very enjoyable sweetness to it.  I definitely hope to visit this one again.
