To me, this Weizenbock had a  similar flavor profile to Chimay - Blue, only a lot milder.  Oddly, although I love Chimay - Blue, this beer didn't thrill me.  I find it odd because I can't point out any real flaws in it,... it had a nice mouth-feel, malty flavor, it was smooth and mild.  I know many people don't seem to appreciate beers that are smooth and mild, but I usually do.  However, in this case, although I liked it, and although I can't come up with a single tangible explainable reason,... I just didn't like this any more than a 7.
