This American Blonde Ale is one of those beers that makes me wonder how Budweiser, Coors e.t.c. stay in business as it has basically the flavor profile of an American Macro Lager, but it's superior in every way.  The flavor is more pronounced (and more pleasant), it's smoother, the mouth-feel is fuller and the carbonation is lighter.  Just for the record, the flavor skews towards barley malt (which I love) but it does have a balancing hop presence.  For what it's worth, each sip ends cleanly.  It almost seems to have an essence of honey to it, I'll call it a very slight malty sweetness.  This beer is making me hungry for Pizza.
