I think I'm going to include the following disclaimer on all Lambics...

I feel bad about reviewing Lambics on this site as although universally classified as 'beers', they are so different from what people consider beer, that including these in the ratings seems somehow unfair.

That being said, I thought this Lambic was delicious.  Much like Lindemans Cassis it tasted like a liquid Sweet Tart to me.  The big difference was that this had a serious Raspberry flavor.  When it first hits my mouth it has that nice sweet Raspberry flavor, then there is that Sweet Tart like tartness, then a kind of funky mustiness.  Why the funky mustiness doesn't ruin this beer for me, I don't know, all I can think of is that it is so mild compared to the serious sweetness and the vigorous tartness.  The carbonation is fine and the mouth-feel is decent.  Although it tastes more like a home made lambrusco than a 'beer' to me, it is quite good.
