This English Pale Ale's primary flavor is a light toasted biscuit-y malt flavor.  This beer definitely skews towards the malt side, but in general the flavor here is also on the subtle side.  It is smooth, but rather light in the mouth-feel with medium to light carbonation.  Because of it's smoothness and 4.7 percent alcohol, I'd say this is definitely sessionable.  The 'Tempered over burning witches' flavor promised on the label, didn't really manifest itself in the actual taste.  However, if you like slightly sweet malty beers that are not heavy, you may indeed like Monty Python's Holy Grail Ale.
