I believe this beer is simply a Euro Pale Lager, however as far as Euro Pale Lagers go, I think it's an excellent one.  What sets it apart from your Average Euro Pale Lager is the unique light sweetness that you get throughout each sip.  In addition it has a fuller mouth-feel than most Euro Pale Lagers.  It definitely has a grainy, slightly grassy taste to it, and I love that.

( I have doubts about whether this is really a Euro Pale Lager.  Texas Labeling Laws don't help as they require Beers with over a certain amount of alcohol to have the words 'Ale' or 'Malt Liquor' printed on them.  The Label says 'Ale' the website is in Japanese,... so I don't know.  To me it tasted like an American Blonde Ale. )
