I found this Irish Dry Stout to be smooth and roasty with a little bitterness on the back end.  Quite Delicious in my opinion.  There is a lot of malt flavor here, besides roasted malts, there is a slight chocolate taste, maybe an essence of coffee and an almost smokiness.  What is truly amazing to me, is despite the sort of complex taste, it remains smooth.  I do wish it had a fuller mouth-feel (although I think it is probably just right for it's style as is).  In addition, I could probably live without the little burnt / bitterness at the end of each sip (but, once again, probably a signature of the style).
