BeerTripper Small

Session Black

This Schwarzbier seemed to have a slight but distinct smokiness and a light roasted malt flavor.  It was slightly sweet.  Carbonation was medium to low and mouth-feel was medium to thin.  I liked this beer, but it was maybe a little too thin and too simple for me, compared to Kostrizer its flavor just wasn't rich enough, nevertheless it was pleasant I imagine its thinness probably works for it in the summer.

I would agree with your ranking here. It's a good beer. We were just at the
Full Sail Brewery, which is a small brewery in Hood River, OR... actually, it
looks like more of a restaurant/pub with a brewery attached. I can tell you
that, in my opinion, this is not their best beer. The Session lagers are
definitely good, but you need to try the Full Sail brews - I like the IPA.
