This Light Lager was thin, as you would expect for the style.  It was also rather clean tasting although thin in flavor as well as mouth-feel, there was 'beer' flavor there, so that was nice.  Perhaps the best thing is that I don't seem to be picking up adjunct flavors, perhaps it's just too cold, or perhaps they don't use adjuncts, either way, it's causing this beer to be a little more pleasant than I was expecting for sure.  It is smooth and easy drinking with carbonation that is medium but somehow more prickly than expected.  Light Lagers really aren't my bag, so a little hard to judge, but if you are a Coors Light or Bud Light drinker, I can't imagine why you wouldn't like Shiner Light Blonde.  Hey, I see another Blind Taste Test on the Horizon.
