Tap Room No 21 Moe's Backroom Pale Ale
|
This American Pale Ale definitely has the basic flavor profile of an American Pale Ale. It is thin though, if there was such a style as American Pale Ale Light, I would have thought that this beer might belong there. It's a hoppy beer that is definitely on the thin side, so if you're looking for that combination, I think this would do. I doubt it will win any awards for best beer ever, on the other hand, it is drinkable and smooth. I'm guessing real APA guru's will hate it, but once again, it is smooth and is absolutely on the hoppy side in a grassy kind of way. So as long as you aren't searching for something really full or complex, this is serviceable, provided you're looking for something that dances on the hoppy side.

Beer Tripper User Reviews of Moes Backroom Pale Ale
deadbeat | Moe's backroom Pale ale is excellent for the price. It's not as hoppy as many traditional APA, but has a smooth taste and i would definately suggest this for anyone who enjoys a good beer. Its not full bodied by any stretch of the means, but anyone who likes hops will find this is the middle ground that others can agree as to being well brewed. When Im completely broke i know i can turn to Moe's Backroom Pale ale for a good beer at a whopping 5.75 a 6 pack. | 7 | |
