This American Pale Ale is light and dare I say refreshing.  For me, that's a bit odd to say about an American Pale Ale, but this one seems to be exactly that.  Although on the light side, the mouth-feel was decent.  I'm actually a big fan of this beer, but I must say that ironically, I think its greatest strengths (light, refreshing drinkability) are also its greatest weaknesses as ultimately, I did think it could have used a little more depth of flavor.  As is, it has a nice hoppy grapefruitiness that is light and smooth.  Of course it is a little sour, being a hoppy American Pale Ale, but it definitely isn't overly bitter or even overly hoppy although hops absolutely are the dominate flavor here.  That being said, I really enjoyed this little brew and hope to revisit it, especially in the summer months.  I'm guessing I could session the hell out of these.
